Die item-Produkte basieren auf unterschiedlichen Rastermaßen und den sich daraus ergebenen Systemnuten.Profile der Baureihe 5, 6, 8, 10 und 12 benötigen jeweils passend dimensionierte Verbinder.Profile der Baureihe X verwenden die Systemnut 8, besitzen aber eine besonders plane Oberfläche mitminimalen Kurvenradien zum Bau dichter Konstruktionen.
Alle Stoffe sind gemäß der europaweiten REACH-Verordnung registriert.REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) stellt sicher,dass Benutzer genaue Informationen über Art und Eigenschaften von Betriebsstoffen,Schmiermitteln etc. erhalten, mit denen sie in Kontakt kommen können.
Komponenten mit RoHS-Konformität enthalten keine gefährlichen Stoffe wie Blei oder Cadmium.Die EG-Richtlinie 2002/95/EG (RoHS 1) beschränkt die Verwendung bestimmter Substanzen in Elektronikgeräten und Bauteilen.Dies schließt Batterien etc. ein.

Beschreibung

Der Multiblock PA wird an beliebiger Position in die Profilnut eingeschwenkt. Leichte Verkleidungsbleche, Flächenelemente aus Acrylglas, Vollkunststoff oder Verbundmaterial müssen an der entsprechenden Stelle mit einer Bohrung versehen und mit dem Multiblock verschraubt werden.
Multiblöcke PA besitzen zwei Anschlagflächen für Flächenelemente, auf welche zusätzlich ein Höhenausgleich aufgesteckt werden kann. Auf diese Weise stehen verschiedene Abstandsmaße zur Profilkante zur Verfügung, um Flächenelemente unterschiedlicher Dicke bündig anzuschrauben.
Die Befestigung der Flächen erfolgt über Verschrauben mit der im Multiblock eingeschobenen Vierkantmutter. Diese ist innerhalb eines Langloches verschiebbar, was einen großen Toleranzausgleich für die Lage der Bohrungen im Flächenelement bedeutet.
