Die item-Produkte basieren auf unterschiedlichen Rastermaßen und den sich daraus ergebenen Systemnuten.Profile der Baureihe 5, 6, 8, 10 und 12 benötigen jeweils passend dimensionierte Verbinder.Profile der Baureihe X verwenden die Systemnut 8, besitzen aber eine besonders plane Oberfläche mitminimalen Kurvenradien zum Bau dichter Konstruktionen.

Komponenten mit diesem Symbol erfüllen die Anforderungen nach IEC 61340-5-1 und sind damit für den Einsatz in EPAs ( elektrostatisch geschützten Bereichen) geeignet. Alle Stoffe sind gemäß der europaweiten REACH-Verordnung registriert.REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) stellt sicher,dass Benutzer genaue Informationen über Art und Eigenschaften von Betriebsstoffen,Schmiermitteln etc. erhalten, mit denen sie in Kontakt kommen können.

Beschreibung

Der item Automatik-Verbindungssatz 6/8, verzinkt verbindet ein Profil 6 und ein Profil 8 rechtwinklig und verdrehgesichert miteinander.
Der Automatikverbinder wird in eine Profilnut 6 eingeschraubt und benötigt keine Profilbearbeitung. Das Profil kann jederzeit verschoben werden.
Automatikverbinder sollten grundsätzlich paarweise verwendet werden. Um die Montage zu beschleunigen, sind auch Sätze mit zwei Automatikverbindern und einem Nutenstein mit zwei Gewinden für verschiedene Profilvarianten verfügbar.

Montagehinweise

Um ein Profil 6 mit einem Nutabstand von 30 mm bündig an einem Profil 8 zu befestigen, muss der Automatik-Verbindungssatz 6/8 30 (0.0.720.88) verwendet werden. Der Nutenstein mit zwei Gewinden liegt komplett in der Nut 8.
