item products are based on different modular dimensions and their associated system grooves.Profiles from Lines 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 each need corresponding sizes of fasteners.The profiles in Line X feature a Line 8 system groove but have a particularly flat surface withminimum curve radii that make them ideal for building sealed constructions.

Description

The fastest profile connection ever: automatic flat brackets and automatic angle brackets are fully preassembled and ready for immediate use.
Simply put in place – the screws automatically slot into the correct position. Simply tighten – and the automatic T-Slot screws hold the profiles without the need for any additional T-Slot Nuts. No threads need to be tapped and profiles don’t need to be machined. The fasteners can be inserted at any point along a Line 8 groove and can be reused and repositioned whenever required. That is ideal when structures are only to be used on a temporary basis, or when work has to be completed fast.
Automatic Flat Bracket Sets are fixed to the outside of frames and can compensate for torque loads extremely well thanks to their wide support width. Automatic Angle Bracket Sets are fixed inside frames and can even be retrofitted to reinforce right-angled profile connections.
Simply slot the angle and flat brackets with preassembled automatic T-slot screws into a Line 8 groove.
Tighten the nut and that’s it – the fastest profile connection ever.
Recommended tightening torque: 20 Nm
When used to reinforce the joints of large profiles or conduits, several Angle Brackets can be used in parallel.
Note: Ensure the maximum permissible tensile load on the Profile Groove is not exceeded!
F < 2,000 N ^ F x l < 150 Nm
The load-carrying capacity is to be checked to ensure both conditions are met.
