Description

The Guard 8, Intersectional Panel consists of two horizontal profiles and an infill made of polycarbonate or steel mesh. The Intersectional Panel is mounted between two Guard 8, Guard Sections. Alternatively, two Guard 8, Posts can be used.
The Automatic Flat Bracket Sets supplied speed up the mounting of the profiles on the posts. The scope of delivery also includes the required number of Steel Mesh or Panel Fixing Blocks for the desired impact load.
The modular item Guard 8 consists of combinable Guard Sections, Fixed Panels, Intersectional Panels, and Posts. The surface infills are made of polycarbonate, steel mesh, or corrugated mesh.
With configurable assemblies, you can tailor every detail precisely to your requirements. All components are automatically dimensioned for the required maximum impact load. You can focus on the occupational safety application, while the software selects the correct profiles, floor fixings, and the required number of holders.
Thanks to automatic optimization, the item Guard 8 is the economical and highly configurable basis for functional barriers between people and hazardous areas. The protective fences meet the requirements of DIN EN ISO 14120:2016. The maximum load capacity can be selected from 115 J, 329 J, and 767 J.
The modules can be easily connected to form complete protective fences in the item Engineeringtool. You can also combine Guards 8 with other structural components to create a complete solution. item Guard 8 is delivered pre-assembled to speed up on-site installation.

Assembly Instructions

The Automatic Flat Bracket Set speeds up the fastening of profiles. When fitting the Automatic Flat Bracket Set, the automatic T-slot screws are inserted into the grooves. When the nuts are tightened, the specially shaped hammerheads position themselves in the groove.
