item products are based on different modular dimensions and their associated system grooves.Profiles from Lines 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 each need corresponding sizes of fasteners.The profiles in Line X feature a Line 8 system groove but have a particularly flat surface withminimum curve radii that make them ideal for building sealed constructions.

Description

Sturdy Roller Tracks 100 D4 hold the Axles of roller elements in place. They are available separately so that users can design their own customised roller conveyors.
The following combinations are possible:
Roller Track 100 D4-20/33 (0.0.649.60): D30 roller elements (all colours)
Roller Track 100 D4-20/33 ESD (0.0.662.24): ESD D30 roller elements (0.0.620.41)
Roller Track 100 D4-50 (0.0.650.48): D30 roller elements with flanged wheel (all colours)
Roller Track 100 D4-50 ESD (0.0.662.25): ESD D30 roller elements with flanged wheel (0.0.648.97)
The sturdy Roller Tracks 100 D4 can be used to design custom roller conveyors. Roller Tracks are basically used to fix roller elements in Castor Rails 6 40x40 E(0.0.651.29) and 6 80x40 E (0.0.662.36). They are also used as spare parts for Roller Conveyors 6 E.
They are exceptionally easy to install. The Roller Tracks are slotted into the end-face of a Castor Rail, where they are held in place without the need for any screws. Each roller element can then be individually inserted and replaced – with no need for any tools.
