Description

Swing Door X 8 40x40 - XMS from item is a customisable turnkey solution based on item Door Profiles X 8 40x40 - XMS. Designed for use on machine cabins, the door features smooth, unbroken surfaces and an integrated groove for fixing panels that allows users to fit a panel that is flush with the front of the door. The door is suitable for use in cleanrooms and has a special groove to ensure a tight seal in the surrounding frame.
Thanks to Clamping Set, Door Profile X 8 - XMS, the Swing Door can be adjusted with outstanding precision and is safely protected against any distortion caused by the door’s dead weight. Dimensions, the opening side of the door and other configuration details are determined individually and the relevant components are delivered together.
The machine door is delivered with Door Lock X 8 Zn. The lock uses the profile groove in the door gap to create a tamper-proof fastening. All screws are securely concealed when the door is closed.
Depending on the design of the outer frame in the machine cabin, either Door Lip Seal 8 - XMS (0.0.649.89) or Door Lip Seal T1 - XMS (0.0.649.88) is used as a door rabbet and seal.
As configurable assemblies, item swing doors help ensure that machine cabins and other industrial applications can be designed and built efficiently. Door frames and details such as panel infills, handle types and seals are automatically brought together to suit requirements.
