Description

Double Flat Belt Conveyors 8 40 I with indirect drive from item are available in two belt widths of 40 and 80 mm and in lengths up to 6000 mm. The axle spacing between the two belts can be selected as required. The synchronised belts help to move inherently stable products efficiently from A to B.
In the item indirect drive system, the motor is positioned underneath the conveyor belt. Thanks to the compact motor fastening sets, the discharge end of the conveyor line is only marginally wider than the conveyor line itself. This ensures that the installation space for a conveyor belt can be used efficiently. It also makes it easy to convey wide goods.
Flat conveyor belts are available in accumulating, non-accumulating and accumulating, ESD-safe designs.
The stable load-bearing frame with two freely accessible Line 8 grooves makes it easier to attach a railing and connect stands.
The item indirect drive is installed at the side and attached to Drive Unit Set 8 40 (0.0.702.72). The corresponding motor fastening set is positioned on the right or left of the conveyor line and the motor is fitted underneath the conveyor line.

Thanks to its exceptionally slim design and the position of the motor, the item indirect drive is particularly space-saving and can be easily integrated into even tight spaces. It also leaves space for the discharge end of the conveyor. This means the conveyor can be used to move goods that are wider than the belt.
The motor fastening set for the item indirect drive transmits torque from the motor via a chain and two sprocket wheels to the drive pulley.
The chain and sprocket wheels must be checked regularly for wear. When necessary, they should be replaced using Chain 3/8" 1x44 (0.0.730.94) and Sprocket Wheel Set z10 d12 (0.0.730.99).

Assembly Instructions

The chain is supplied ready-lubricated and with wear and corrosion protection. To guarantee durability, it is advisable to regularly lubricate the chain with standard chain lubricants.
It is advisable to lubricate the chain after 100 hours of use and thereafter at regular intervals of 500 hours. Before applying new lubricant, use a clean cloth to remove old lubricant.
