The award-winning suspended conveyor from item offers you an effective solution for supplying materials that take up too much space in SLCs or that can easily become entangled. With this overhead conveyor system, which uses Conveyor Rail Profile 6 and a specially designed Carriage, goods are moved by gravity down a slight slope to the removal point. This overhead conveyor system can be integrated seamlessly into transport trolleys and racks made from Profile Tube D30.
With the manual overhead conveyor from item, bulky goods such as cable harnesses, roof liners or glove compartment doors can be transported very quietly. The goods are moved by gravity down the slight slope.
A slope of just 3° is all that is needed to ensure goods hanging on the rail travel from end to end under their own weight alone. This is made possible by a Conveyor Rail Profile and specially designed Carriage that counteracts canting and self-locking.
The gravity-powered, ESD-safe Carriage has a fully enclosed castor with a swing/tilt angle stop mechanism that limits oscillating motions to 15°, as well as vertical rollers. This means the system balances out any swaying motion and ensures the goods move steadily.
Conveyor Rail Profile 6 is available in lengths of up to 6000 mm. It features three open Line 6 grooves on the top for fastening it to a frame with Fastening Brackets 6 D30 on the cross profiles.
The Conveyor Rail Profile is easy to install at the desired height and with the preferred slope in a frame made from Profile Tube D30 or any other pre-existing frame.
