item XMS – with multiple functions built in
Line XMS machine modules incorporate a whole range of functions as standard. Important features such as integrated cable conduits do not need to be designed, ordered and assembled separately, so you can create your completed machine faster.
Individual lines or large cable bundles can be routed safely and, if necessary, separately within the structure of the aluminium profiles. It is also easy to add extra cable conduits made from high-strength plastic.
Line XMS for excellent impermeability and sound protection
Machine cabins built using item XMS profiles help create a clean and calm working environment. The reliable sealing technology stops dust getting in and dirt getting out. At the same time, noise levels are reduced significantly. What’s more, the elastic panel fixings and series-standard smooth, unbroken outer surfaces of the aluminium profiles further improve cleanliness. Thanks to minimum curve radii, the modules deliver a seamless transition between profiles.
Perfect for designing cleanroom solutions
Boasting a high-quality oxide layer, minimal edge radii and smooth, unbroken outer and inner surfaces, Line XMS profiles are perfect for use in cleanrooms. Use them as a basis for creating your customised cleanroom solutions, such as enclosed cleanroom environments with Filter Fan Units and flush-mounted panel fixings for ceilings and walls.
