item products are based on different modular dimensions and their associated system grooves.Profiles from Lines 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 each need corresponding sizes of fasteners.The profiles in Line X feature a Line 8 system groove but have a particularly flat surface withminimum curve radii that make them ideal for building sealed constructions.
Components with this symbol meet the requirements of IEC 61340-5-1 and are therefore suitable for use in EPAs (electrostatic protected areas). By complying with the further stipulations of this standard you can use these products to create a safe environment for handling electronic components.

Description

Special variant of Central-Fastening Set 8 for connecting parallel Line 8 profiles. It enables individual, inherently stable partitions or partition elements to be rowed together quickly without time-consuming alignment procedures.
Unevenness in the floor can be compensated for by adjusting the height of the T-Slot Nut in the profile groove.
N.B.: At least 2 grooves always remain free for fitting panel elements into the profile grooves. Frame elements can also be connected to each other at an angle of 90° by positioning Central-Fastening Set P 8 appropriately.

Assembly Instructions

Profile processing: To accommodate the fastener sleeve, a ⌀14.2 mm counterbore is drilled into the side of one of the profiles being connected (using Step Drill 0.0.492.60) along with a ⌀8.2 mm fastening hole located perpendicular to this.
T-Slot Nut V 8 St M8 is fitted into the facing groove of the second profile and the clamping pin is screwed into this T-Slot Nut as far as the marking.
After the clamping pin has been inserted into the fastener sleeve, the profile connection is tightened with an M10 grub screw (tightening torque M = 15 Nm).
