item products are based on different modular dimensions and their associated system grooves.Profiles from Lines 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 each need corresponding sizes of fasteners.The profiles in Line X feature a Line 8 system groove but have a particularly flat surface withminimum curve radii that make them ideal for building sealed constructions.

Description

Making stable profile connections even stronger! The Pin Element can be used to provide additional support for Standard, Universal and Automatic Fasteners.
Recommendation:
Always use Pin Elements if impacts are likely.

Assembly Instructions

The Pin Element is inserted into the profile groove and, once the Standard, Universal or Automatic Fastener has been fitted, a 7.9 mm diameter bore is drilled into the profile through the Pin Element to accommodate the dowel pin. The dowel pin is then pushed up to the side of the profile, where it fixes into place.
With each Pin Element that is added, the fastening’s resistance to movement increases, up to a maximum of 4,000 N.
