Description

Crimping Die Set D3/D2 is a set of inserts for the Klauke EK 50 ML electromechanical crimp tool and is used to crimp D3 or D2 ferrules onto cables or Bowden cables.
The compact, battery-powered tool safely and conveniently crimps cable ends, even in very restricted spaces.
Note: Please refer to the document in the download section that contains more detailed information about the crimp tool.
Before crimping a ferrule, ensure you form a cable loop that has sufficient excess cable at the end. The crimping insert is compatible with item Ferrules D2-7 (0.0.682.19) and D3-11 (0.0.682.18).

Assembly Instructions

Before Crimping Die Set D3/D2 can be used, the crimping die set already fitted to the EK 50 ML crimp tool from Klauke must first be removed. When the Crimping Die Set is fitted correctly, the larger aperture (D3) is on the inside.
