item products are based on different modular dimensions and their associated system grooves.Profiles from Lines 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 each need corresponding sizes of fasteners.The profiles in Line X feature a Line 8 system groove but have a particularly flat surface withminimum curve radii that make them ideal for building sealed constructions.

Description

The perfect hinge for Line 10. Hinges Al light are adjustable, strong and versatile. Two versions are available: Version FP4 is intended for installing frameless panel elements in a Line 10 profile frame, while version PP4 connects together two profiles, spacing them 4 mm apart and ensuring they can move easily.
The hinges always come with all necessary fastening elements for the profile – the only thing left to decide is whether the door should open to the left or right. Hinges with various load-carrying capacities can be created depending on the Hinge Pin used.

The Hinge Leaf Profiles and Pin Set D6 (0.0.621.16) which are available separately can be combined to produce made-to-measure hinges that are perfectly tailored to the given requirements.

Assembly Instructions

The Hinge Leaf Profiles can be given a drilled hole or countersink for screw fastening. The correct position of the hole is identified by a marking notch on the rear of the hinge.
