item products are based on different modular dimensions and their associated system grooves.Profiles from Lines 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 each need corresponding sizes of fasteners.The profiles in Line X feature a Line 8 system groove but have a particularly flat surface withminimum curve radii that make them ideal for building sealed constructions.

Description

Shaft-Clamp Profile 8 D25 is used for securing Shaft D25 to the groove of a Line 8 Profile.
After pressing the Shaft-Clamp Profile into the profile groove, the Shaft is then pressed in.
Shafts D25 must be fixed in position at the chosen location using a dowel DIN 6325, one per length of shaft.

Shaft-Clamp Profiles must not be used on profile grooves of types "light" and "E", because sufficient clamping will not be achieved.
Shaft-Clamp Profile 8 D25 must be fixed to the profile groove with the appropriate number of Countersunk Screws DIN 7991 - M6x16 and T-Slot Nuts 8 M6.
The Shaft-Clamp Profiles D25 are provided with mounting holes (200 mm apart).
