Description

Trays H40 have a low dead weight, so are ideal for mobile material picking and storage systems that hold small load carriers (SLCs), workpieces and semi-open fronted boxes.
You can configure custom trays with a 40-mm-high frame in the size and design you need – including with ESD safety built in. Alternatively, you can choose from three standard sizes designed for Euro containers. They ensure optimum compatibility in intralogistics.
The Line 8 groove on the outside offers a simple means of integrating these stable storage surfaces into work benches, transport racks and SystemMobiles. What’s more, accessories such as Grab Plate Profiles, Tray Stop Profiles, hooks and labelling elements can all be added with ease.
The frame of a Tray can be designed to suit efficient and ergonomic material supply practices:

All-round frame: A robust all-round aluminium frame keeps everything in place during transportation, for example when the Tray is being used to store printers or other devices.

Open at rear: The frame is dropped at the rear so fresh supplies can be ergonomically fed in from behind. The front edge of the tilted Tray acts as a stop for containers.

Open at front and rear: Besides allowing fresh supplies to be fed in from the rear, this type of Tray can also be fitted with Tray Stop or Grab Plate Profiles at the front for efficient sorting of C-parts and other small components.
Trays H40 can also be fitted to item SystemMobiles, Pivot Arms and racks to create ergonomic material picking and provisioning systems. A Tray’s maximum load-carrying capacity depends on its size and installation scenario.
