Description

T-Slot Nut F 8 St 2xM6-36, bright zinc-plated with anti-torsion device is a universal fastening element from item that has two M6 threads. Tightening the integrated grub screw creates an ESD-safe connection between the T-Slot Nut and profile.
Made of bright zinc-plated steel, the T-Slot Nut can be rolled into place at any point in a Line 8 profile groove, where it will be held in position by the spring-mounted thrust piece.
The spacing of the threads ensures that two item Automatic Fasteners installed in a Profile 8 40x40 can be fastened to the T-Slot Nut.
When screwed into place, the grub screw of an item T-Slot Nut F breaks through the electrically insulating anodized surface covering of the aluminium profile. This makes T-Slot Nuts F suitable for ESD-safe attachments to be used inside an EPA (Electrostatic Protected Area).
In the case of larger constructions – for example, for use in a cleanroom – they can create an ESD-safe profile connection without the need for any additional elements.
