Description

The mobile workstation enables "bin picking" by cobots at alternating locations. Assisted by a camera, a robot removes manufactured parts that are lying loose in a transport box, for example, and places them autonomously on a conveyor belt. Optical recognition also permits a cobot application on a CNC machine with unsorted blanks.
The open design of the cobot application provides sufficient space for control units and cabling. The stable frame construction with a central column for the cobot has an adjustable cantilever for connecting optical sensors. The 8 St stacking guide allows the KLT with the products to be optimally positioned for the camera system.
