Description

This robot cabin enables automated manufacturing processes to be carried out under cleanroom conditions. The optimized cabin design and cleanroom-compatible cobots from ABB ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained. Applications include assembly, quality control, pick & place or coating for products with the most stringent requirements for ambient air purity.

The cabin is divided into three levels. Above the process level, filter fan units generate a low-turbulence airflow. The clean airflow displaces particles in the process area and flows through perforated sheets into the lower level. There is also sufficient space for an ABB OmniCore C controller and other equipment.
