Description

Transfer Bracket 6 30x12-90 ensures materials can be reliably passed between a rack and a mobile trolley using the item Suspended Conveyor System.
The overlapping brackets guide a Carriage securely from one Conveyor Rail Profile 6 30x30-80 (0.0.712.90) to another. Slight misalignments are balanced out.
Even if a shooter and frame are not perfectly aligned. Transfer Bracket 6 30x12-90 will ensure Carriages are safely and securely passed from one to the other. Since the brackets cover each other and their contours form a gentle curve, the Transfer Bracket can compensate for an offset of up to 10 mm on both sides.
This tolerance compensation also works in the event of a slight height offset, provided the slope the Carriages need in order to move is maintained.
The two brackets are fitted at the ends of the Conveyor Rail Profiles and secured in the Line 6 groove on the underside.
