Technical Data

item products are based on different modular dimensions and their associated system grooves.Profiles from Lines 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 each need corresponding sizes of fasteners.The profiles in Line X feature a Line 8 system groove but have a particularly flat surface withminimum curve radii that make them ideal for building sealed constructions.

Description

Automatic Flat Bracket Set 8 120x40 Al provides added rigidity for a profile connection in a frame and connects up to three Line 8 profiles. Thanks to the prefitted automatic T-slot screws, the bracket can be tightened immediately, without any need to position T-Slot Nuts.
The aluminium plate is fitted to the Line 8 grooves of the profiles from the outside. Its large support width results in effective torque load compensation.
Note: Automatic Flat Bracket Sets are not intended as a substitute for screw-attached fastening sets.
When fitting the Automatic Flat Bracket Set, the automatic T-slot screws are inserted into the grooves. When the nuts are tightened, the specially shaped hammerheads position themselves in the groove.
