Description

The maximum load capacity depends on the castors used: the base cart can carry up to 750 kg with Swivel Castors D125 140x110 or Fixed Castors D125 140x110, With ESD-safe castors, the maximum load capacity is 480 kg.

Note: Depending on the scaling of the solution and robot model, the tilt safety and load limits of the overall system must checked.
For typical transport jobs like moving Euro pallets or mesh boxes, you can add Stacking Guides and elastic Cover Profiles. The robust centring aids compensate for slight misalignments and keep the goods on the Base Cart. Rubberized Cover Profiles increase static friction and prevent slipping when starting and braking.
You can order this Base Cart fully assembled in the selected basic configuration and use it with your mobile robot. Or you can use the item Engineeringtool to design a customized Top Module for your application.
