Description

Built precisely to suit the profile frame: Drawers with Telescopic Rails can be easily fitted into the space on a rack. Using the online configurator, you can define the appropriate full-extension drawer for the size of the available opening. The height and depth of the drawers and the grips can be custom-selected. The maximum distributed load for the drawer is 45 kg due to the Telescopic Rail that is used to achieve a full-extension design.
To configure an individual, fully extendable drawer, you need to know the dimensions of the frame and the Profiles 8 used. The drawers are designed to be flush with the front-facing Profiles 8 and a clearance of 4 millimeters on both sides:

1. Enter the clear dimension B2 between the Profiles 8 of the frame. The configurator automatically calculates the usable width B inside the drawer.
2. Select the installation A2 depending on the Profile size to which the telescopic rails will be connected: 20 mm for Profiles 8 40x40 and 60 mm for Profiles 8 80x40.
3. Select the usable depth T inside the drawer. This determines the possible distances between the Grooves 8 for attaching the telescopic rails. This value is specified by the dimension A1
4. Select the front height H1. The front height H1 determines the possible internal heights of the three other Profiles.
5. Select the fronttype. If you prefer an individual handle instead of the integrated rail grip, you can select the variant afterwards.
6. Select the type and color of the bottom panel. The configurator automatically calculates the appropriate size of the 4 mm thick board.
