Description

Integrated Motor ST NEMA24 -310-48-T1 is a stepper motor with integrated control system. The stepper motor combines a compact design with high torque and precise control of the motor shaft.
The series-standard control system combined with item MotionSoftStepper (0.0.714.39) software makes installation and commissioning easier. Thanks to the high level of integration in one casing, linear technology solutions can be wired up and used with ease.
A USB and RS485 connection are available for programming purposes.
Integrated Motor ST NEMA24 uses the standardised NEMA24: flange. When combined with a NEMA24-compatible Drive Set, the Motor can be used with item Linear Units as a plug-and-play solution: KLE 5, GSF 8 40 R10, GSF 6 60 TR 12x3, KGT 6 60 P20, LRE 5 D6 and LRE 8 D6.
As a stepper motor, Integrated Motor ST NEMA24 provides high torque at low speed. Unlike a fast-running synchronous servomotor, it is not usually necessary to use an additional gearbox.
item MotionDesigner can be used to generate a motor configuration that suits your application perfectly. This high-performance online software factors in all the specific parameters and creates a bespoke technical configuration along with an overview of suitable drive and Linear Unit combinations.
With its four digital inputs and two outputs, Integrated Motor ST NEMA24 is able to communicate with sensors and other devices. When using Sensor/Actuator Distributor Box M12 3P, 6 Slots, A-coded (0.0.725.69), all the Motor’s inputs and outputs get their own M12 socket.
The Distributor Box makes it easier to connect proximity switches or pushbuttons. Power is supplied centrally via Integrated Motor ST NEMA24.
Stepper motors such as Integrated Motor ST NEMA24 can be parameterised and commissioned conveniently using item MotionSoftStepper software.
With item MotionSoftStepper, all it takes is a few clicks to create a complete sequence control system for your application. Thanks to carefully conceived operating modes, you can utilise easily adaptable modules as a basis for your own specific project. Digital inputs and outputs ensure your system can respond to proximity switches as well as other sensors and buttons.
After just a few minutes, the program can be loaded onto the Motor, where it runs autonomously on the integrated control system.
