item products are based on different modular dimensions and their associated system grooves.Profiles from Lines 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 each need corresponding sizes of fasteners.The profiles in Line X feature a Line 8 system groove but have a particularly flat surface withminimum curve radii that make them ideal for building sealed constructions.

Description

Clamp-Profile Hanger E:
to be used with Clamp-Profile Fasteners E.
> clearance between frame profile and Stand Profile 12 mm
> medium load-carrying capacity
> lateral tolerance adjustment 6 mm
Clamp-Profile Hangers E can be used to hang frame elements into any desired construction with Clamp-Profile Fasteners E. By integrating the suspension facility into the corner areas of the frame element, it is possible to achieve a very narrow gap (12 mm) between the frame element and the stand.
Suspended frame elements can also be locked if required by subsequently moving the lower Clamp-
Profile Hanger.

Assembly Instructions

The clearance dimension between frame and Stand Profile is 12 mm. Dimensional tolerances of ± 3 mm can be accommodated by the Clamp-Profile Hanger E.
Installation sequence:
1. Hook the frame element into the existing construction.
2. Fix the height of the frame element using the upper hangers.
3. Move the lower Clamp-Profile Hangers to lock the frame element in position (if required).
