Description

This reconfigurable basic MB machine cabin built using aluminium profiles from Line 8 measures 2480x2000x1000 mm and has separate process, supply and service sections, each with double swing doors. Both the service and supply sections can be locked. By contrast, the double swing doors of the process section are held shut by magnets.
The absence of a central strut here maximises the access area. The process section is the ideal place to deploy robots or integrate automated assembly, production or inspection processes.
A luminous LED signal and status light indicates the system status. It can be integrated with the work process controller via I/O link. The color of the light indicates at a glance whether the doors may be opened or whether an error has occurred.
Groove Plate X 8 40, light offers a very simple means of securing fixtures in the cabin. Control units and electrical or pneumatic units can be housed in the supply section. The power supply for a the system or integrated sensors can be located in the service section.
