With the ESD-safe conveyor belt, sensitive electronic parts can be easily transported in ESD small load carriers, for example. The accumulating conveyor belts also offer the possibility of accumulating the load carriers in a defined position, e.g. for Cable Entry assembly work, removal and testing, or for buffering. In the length of 2000 mm, a total load of up to 8 kg can be transported in accumulation mode. The maximum line load is 25 kg/m.
The Double Flat Belt Conveyor 8 40 D is available with an accumulating, non-accumulating and ESD-safe conveyor belt in eight widths up to 400 mm and center distances up to 6000 mm. The distance between the synchronized belts can be up to 2400 mm. The ESD-safe belt enables the transport of sensitive electronic parts.

- The upright must be reinforced by a longitudinal brace and additional uprights should be installed for support from a length of 2000 mm.
