item products are based on different modular dimensions and their associated system grooves.Profiles from Lines 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 each need corresponding sizes of fasteners.The profiles in Line X feature a Line 8 system groove but have a particularly flat surface withminimum curve radii that make them ideal for building sealed constructions.

Description

Double Panel Profile 8 Al is ideal for profile constructions in which the groove cannot be used along its entire length.
Fastening to the profile groove is via Clip 8 PA.

Note: To ensure easy installation, aluminium profiles for panel-fastening should be ordered 0.5 mm shorter than the calculated cut length.
Double Panel Profile in conjunction with Sealing Strip 6x3 sk when used for double-walled constructions.
Double Panel Profile in conjunction with Lip Seal 6x3 sk and Sound-Insulating Material 20 mm.
Double Panel Profile 8 Al can also be screwed directly onto a panel element etc.
Matching to the wall thickness of the Panel Element by adjusting the positions of Double Panel Profile 8 Al and Clip 8 PA.
