Description

Flat Belt Conveyor 8 40 M with a centre drive is available in eight widths up to 400 mm and in lengths of up to 6000 mm.
The item centre drive and motor can be fitted at any point along the belt, and are installed underneath the conveyor line. As a result, the conveyor belt can transport goods that are wider than the conveyor itself. The direction of transport can be set as required.
The stable load-bearing frame with two freely accessible Line 8 grooves makes it easier to attach a railing, connect stands and integrate the conveyor into machines.
Flat conveyor belts are available in non-accumulating and accumulating, ESD-safe designs.
When using a centre drive, the input and output ends of the conveyor line are left clear. This means conveyor belts can be seamlessly integrated into working cells or machines. The item Return Unit Set is exceptionally slim, which minimises any gap at the transition between the conveyor line and cabin.
When using a centre drive, the conveyor belt is tensioned underneath the conveyor line. This means there are no tolerances in terms of axle spacing on the return pulleys. As a result, high-precision applications can be achieved.
