Description

Sprocket Wheel z32 D34.8-2 transmits the movement of a Chain 1/2" (0.0.465.17) to a Profile Tube. It is fastened in place using Adapter Sleeve D30-43 M35 (0.0.714.50).
The product can be combined with Sprocket Wheel z16 D34.8-5.2 (0.0.714.48) to double or halve rotational speed and torque in order to configure Karakuri/LCA applications with precision. The transmission ratio means, for example, that a Braking Roller D52-112 M6 z16 (0.0.718.59) can be supported in order to enhance process reliability.

Assembly Instructions

Chain 1/2" (0.0.465.17) is an alternative to a cable for Karakuri/LCA applications. It is connected to a profile using Chain Fastener 1/2" M6-50 (0.0.708.59). It is redirected using Pulley D75/D55 (0.0.708.62) and Chain Connector 1/2" 90° (0.0.708.60).Sprocket Wheel z16 D34.8-5.2 (0.0.714.48) and Sprocket Wheel z32 D34.8-2 (0.0.727.95) are used for power transmission and can also convert speed and torque when used in combination. They are fastened to a Profile Tube D30 heavy duty using Adapter Sleeve D30-43 M35 (0.0.714.50). This Profile Tube is fitted to a frame using Bearing Flange Set 8 D30 120x30 (0.0.715.23), which ensures it can rotate freely.
