Description

Synchronising Set 8 40 M D13/D16 is used to run two conveyor belts in parallel with a centre drive and a Motor AC D11 coupled with a Bevel Gearbox D14/D11.
The Synchronising Set connects the Gearbox, which is fastened to a centre drive with a Motor Fastening Set M, to the Drive Pulley of the second conveyor belt. It can also be retrofitted.
Tube D16x1.5 St (0.0.664.14) is used as the synchroniser shaft. Synchroniser Shaft Cover Profile 8 40 (0.0.710.31) safely covers over this Tube D16x1.5.
Note: The Tube and Synchroniser Shaft Cover Profile must be ordered separately in the required length.

Assembly Instructions

Calculating the length of the tube (LR) and Synchroniser Shaft Cover Profile (LP) in relation to the total belt width (BG) of the conveyor and the width of the individual conveyor (BF).
