Description

When linking workstations, the low-friction Transport Roller Conveyor TR30 facilitates the forwarding of containers and goods. Both load carriers and cargo with soft floors can be moved between workstations on the wide transport rollers. The sample solution is 3 meters long. The length and width of the roller conveyor as well as the inclination can be individually configured to suit your intralogistics requirements.
The Double Profile Tube D30-60 in the item Lean Production System Kit increases the rigidity of the substructure of this intralogistics solution. The Double Profile Tube also serves as a guide rail. This makes it easy to transport cardboard boxes of different sizes, such as packaged long goods or packaged small parts. The transport rollers are made of aluminium. The conveyor system can also be built with synthetic rollers for sensitive goods.
