Description

Ventilation Grille 8 40 1200x320 is made of stainless steel and provides a simple means to control the air pressure in a room. The airflow through the Ventilation Grille is regulated manually using a sliding panel.
The Ventilation Grille fits flush when installed in a wall that is 40 mm deep. Thanks to its large maximum slot width, it is easy to clean. The Ventilation Grille can also be removed and disassembled for thorough cleaning.
The Ventilation Grille has been developed in line with the stipulations of DIN EN ISO 14644, GMP guides and the EHEDG.
An overpressure of around 15 Pa is often desired in cleanrooms to prevent contaminants from being brought in by air currents. To ensure the internal pressure can be controlled, it is advisable to use one Ventilation Grille for each Filter Fan Unit (0.0.712.75 and 0.0.716.42).
A sliding panel can be adjusted steplessly with a screwdriver to control the flow of air. When fully opened, the free ventilation aperture is 0.1 m2 in size.

Assembly Instructions

Ventilation Grilles are fastened to a pre-existing profile frame using Fixing System, Base Profile X 8 (0.0.716.23) and Fixing System, Angle Strip X 8 (0.0.716.25). The frame can be made of Line X 8 or Line 8 profiles.
Fitting flush with panels on both sides, this solution is easy to clean and helps to prevent injuries.
