Les produits item sont basés sur différentes dimensions modulaires et les rainures correspondantes.Les profilés des lignes 5, 6, 8, 10 et 12 nécessitent respectivement des fixations de dimension adéquate.Les profilés de la ligne X utilisent la rainure modulaire 8 mais disposent d’une surface particulièrement plane dotéede rayons de courbures minimaux conçus pour la construction de structures étanches.

Description

Pour l’insertion du multiblock X PA dans les profilés avec rainures fermées, effectuer un trou lamé (lamage : 2 mm) à l’endroit souhaité au moyen d’un foret étagé, fixation universelle 6 (0.0.431.19).
Les multiblocks X 8 PA sont insérés par rotation à n’importe quel emplacement de la rainure du profilé. Les tôles, panneaux en plexiglas ou stratifiés doivent être percés à l’endroit approprié et vissés au multiblock.
La fixation des panneaux s’effectue soit par les trous traversants soit par l’écrou inclus dans le multiblock. L’écrou pouvant être décalé le long de la lumière permet une tolérance importante quant à la position des perçages des panneaux par rapport aux bords.
Les multiblocks X 8 PA peuvent être déplacés dans la rainure pour permettre un réglage par rapport au perçage dans le panneau.
La surface de contact varie en fonction des deux positions de montage des multiblocks X 8 PA.
Le multiblock X 8 PA est inséré dans la rainure du profilé et verrouillé par rotation ¼ de tour.
Utiliser une clé plate 20 à cet effet.

Charge autorisée pour les multiblocks X 8 PA : F = 250 N.
La longueur de la vis de fixation doit être définie en fonction de l’épaisseur du panneau.
Pour les remplissages présentant une épaisseur suffisante, le vissage peut s’effectuer dans un taraudage dans le panneau. L’écrou peut alors être retiré du multiblock.
