Données techniques

Les produits item sont basés sur différentes dimensions modulaires et les rainures correspondantes.Les profilés des lignes 5, 6, 8, 10 et 12 nécessitent respectivement des fixations de dimension adéquate.Les profilés de la ligne X utilisent la rainure modulaire 8 mais disposent d’une surface particulièrement plane dotéede rayons de courbures minimaux conçus pour la construction de structures étanches.
Toutes les matières sont enregistrées sous la réglementation européenne REACH.La réglementation REACH (« Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals ») assureque les utilisateurs disposent d’informations exactes concernant le type et les propriétés des matériaux,des lubrifiants, etc., avec lesquels ils risquent d’entrer en contact.
Les composants conformes RoHS ne contiennent pas de matières dangereuses, telles que le plomb ou le cadmium.La directive CE 2002/95/CE (RoHS 1) limite l’utilisation de certaines substances dans les appareils et composants électroniques.Y compris les piles etc.

Description

Le multiblock PA est inséré en n’importe quel point de la rainure du profilé.
Les panneaux en polycarbonate, en plastique ou stratifiés doivent être percés à l’endroit approprié et vissés sur le multiblock.
Les multiblocks PA ont deux surfaces de butée plus un compensateur de hauteur. On dispose ainsi d’un choix d’espacement par rapport au bord du profilé permettant de fixer des panneaux de différentes épaisseurs, formant une surface plane avec le profilé.
La fixation des panneaux se fait par vissage avec l’écrou monté dans le multiblock.
Il peut être décalé le long de la lumière autorisant une tolérance importante quant aux perçages dans les panneaux.
Assemblage du multiblock PA dans la rainure par rotation ¼ de tour. Les multiblocks peuvent être déplacés dans la rainure pour assurer un réglage par rapport au perçage dans le panneau.
La face de contact est différente suivant le sens de montage et la position du curseur amovible.
