I prodotti item si basano su varie dimensioni modulari e sulle loro scanalature di sistema associate.I profili delle linee 5, 6, 8, 10 e 12 richiedono elementi di fissaggio di dimensioni adeguate.I profili della linea X presentano la scanalatura di sistema della linea 8 ma hanno una superficie particolarmente piana conraggi di curvatura minimi che li rendono ideali per realizzazione di costruzioni sigillate.
Tutte le sostanze sono registrate in conformità al regolamento REACH.Il sistema REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) fa in modo che gli utenti abbiano informazioni precise sul tipo e sulle proprietà dei materiali di lavoro, sui lubrificanti, ecc. con i quali potrebbero venire a contatto.

La cerniera perfetta per la serie 10: le cerniere in alluminio leggere sono variabili, resistenti e versatili. È possibile scegliere tra due diverse versioni: la versione FP4 è progettata per il montaggio di elementi piani privi di telaio all’interno di un’intelaiatura di profilati della serie 10, mentre la variante PP4 si presta al collegamento di due profilati ad una distanza di 4 mm l’uno dall’altro – per ampi movimenti a snodo.
Le cerniere sono sempre dotate di tutti gli elementi necessari per il collegamento al profilato, non resta che da scegliere se la porta si chiuderà a sinistra o a destra. L’utilizzo dei perni per cerniera permette di realizzare cerniere con diverse portate.
Volete la massima libertà nella realizzazione delle cerniere? Ora la serie 10 è in grado di soddisfare anche questa esigenza.
Con i profilati ad aletta per cerniere e il set di perni D6 (art. n. 0.0.621.16) è possibile comporre cerniere personalizzate in grado di rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza.

Istruzioni di montaggio

I profilati ad aletta per cerniere possono essere dotati di un foro o di una svasatura per il fissaggio mediante viti. La posizione corretta del foro è contrassegnata mediante un intaglio nella parte posteriore della cerniera.
