Porte ottimizzate grazie al maggior grado di libertà del profilato di bloccaggio 8 32x18! Il profilato di bloccaggio (0.0.373.67) è l’ideale per realizzare porte, attrezzature di protezione e porte scorrevoli robuste e leggere. Il suo telaio particolarmente sottile trattiene saldamente gli elementi piani mediante molle di bloccaggio.
Il profilato ad aletta per cerniere V 8 z 18 è l’ideale per porte particolarmente robuste perché consente di unire un telaio e una base realizzati con profilati 8. Per una migliore distribuzione delle forze e per fare in modo che funga da protezione di bloccaggio, la cerniera può essere ordinata nella lunghezza desiderata. Con l’ausilio di speciali perni si realizzano bandelle continue che coprono lo spiraglio della porta. Per costruire porte più semplici è possibile optare anche per il profilato ad aletta per cerniere V 8 z leggero.
Le cerniere 8 in alluminio per profilato di bloccaggio 8 32x18 personalizzate sono realizzate con profilati ad aletta per cerniere V 8 e vengono collegate le une alle altre con l’ausilio del set di perni D6.
I profilati ad aletta devono essere dotati di un foro svasato che consente di effettuarne il fissaggio mediante viti. L’esatta posizione del foro può essere individuata facendo riferimento alla tacca sulla parte posteriore della cerniera.
