Descrizione

I nastri trasportatori cumulabili in PUR ESD presentano una superficie particolarmente robusta ad attrito statico ridotto. I nastri trasportatori neri sono indicati per l’accumulo delle merci e, in aggiunta, sono antistatici. Questo impedisce che la carica elettrostatica prodotta con l’attrito possa causare danni.
Il nastro trasportatore viene fornito nella lunghezza desiderata con le estremità unite.
La sicurezza contro le ESD dei nastri trasportatori è testata e verificata a norma DIN EN 61340.
I nastri trasportatori in PUR ESD sono disponibili con diverse larghezze. In fase di ordinazione, controllare che le misure di nastro trasportatore, puleggia motrice e rullo di rinvio siano le stesse. Per un funzionamento sicuro e ad usura ridotta è necessario provvedere al necessario pretensionamento.
