Popis

Pomocí krycích lišt můžete do uzavřeného rámu z profilů dodatečně upevnit libovolné plošné výplně (především tabule z plexiskla, PET-G nebo polykarbonátu). Kromě rovných řezů pilou není třeba žádné další opracování plošných výplní ani krycích lišt.

Poznámka: Hliníkové profily pro upevnění panelů by se měly objednávat o 0,5 mm kratší, než je vypočtená délka řezu, aby se zajistila snadná montáž.
Panel-Clamping Strips consist of two components. The first of these, an aluminium strip (0.0.615.01), locates into the profile groove and holds the panel element in place. A second strip, of flexible plastic, is then used to secure both the panel element and the aluminium strip in the groove. If necessary, the plastic strip can be levered out in order to remove the panel element from the frame.
The Panel-Clamping Strips 6 secure the panel element so that there is an offset of 1.6 mm to the outer edge of the profile. This produces a smooth outer wall for protective enclosures and helps reduce turbulence caused by air flows.
The choice of Panel-Clamping Strip depends on the thickness of the panel element (s) and the particular Line:

Line 6: s = 2 - 4 / 4 - 6 mm

Montážní pokyny

Při instalaci sady pro automatické upevnění na konci profilu je třeba z obou panelových upínacích pásek 6 Al a panelových upínacích pásek 6 z plastu odříznout 35 mm, aby je bylo možné zasunout do drážky Line 6.
Pro vyjmutí plošné výplně uvolněte krycí lištu pomocí šroubováku.
