item products are based on different modular dimensions and their associated system grooves.Profiles from Lines 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 each need corresponding sizes of fasteners.The profiles in Line X feature a Line 8 system groove but have a particularly flat surface withminimum curve radii that make them ideal for building sealed constructions.

Popis

Automatický čelní spoj lze použít ke spojení čelních ploch dvou profilů ze stejné Line bez mechanického opracování. Automatické čelní spoje by se měly vždy používat v páru. V závislosti na velikosti profilu a zatížení může být zapotřebí několik párů.

Montážní pokyny

Tělo spoje se čelně zašroubuje do drážky profilu, přičemž se zároveň nařeže závit. Proto doporučujeme použít nějaké mazivo.
Upozornění: Všechna těla spoje s průchozím otvorem pro upínací šrouby jsou na povrchu opatřena levým závitem, aby se předešlo pootočení těla při dotahování šroubu. Těla spoje s vnitřním závitem mají na povrchu pravý závit.
Dodatečně lze provést zajištění před pootočením tím, že se tělo s vnitřním závitem zašroubuje do profilu natolik, že konec těla bude zasahovat do protilehlé drážky. Do přiměřené hloubky se musí zašroubovat tělo spoje s průchozím otvorem.
