Popis

Profile X 8 40x40 2NO180 light is a universal construction profile made of high-quality anodized aluminium in the modular dimension of Line X 8.
This weight-reduced aluminium profile in the light design variant from item features two open and two closed Line 8 profile grooves, arranged at 180° to each other. This aluminium profile can be used to build frames that have easy-to-clean unbroken outer surfaces.
Všechny profily řady 8 jsou vzájemně kompatibilní, i když mají zvláštní charakteristiky a vlastnosti. Profily 8 mají zaoblené hrany (R4). Profily X 8 mají minimální poloměr hrany (R1), který zajišťuje plynulý přechod mezi hliníkovými profily. Profily 8 XMS vycházejí z obrysu profilů X 8. Jsou vybaveny speciálními drážkami určenými pro břitová těsnění a obvykle mají zabudovaný kabelovod.
Profily řady 8 item jsou k dispozici s uzavřenými drážkami v různých uspořádáních. Stěnu profilu lze částečně nebo zcela otevřít, aby bylo možné použít drážku pod ním. Varianta provedení NO naznačuje, že uzavřené drážky se díky dvěma zářezům na spodní straně vnějšího povrchu obzvláště snadno otevírají.
Sada pro automatické upevnění 8 NO (0.0.489.96) je ideální pro spojování profilů. Vyžaduje pouze minimální otvor v drážce a dodává se s vlastní krytkou.

Montážní pokyny

Otevření krytých profilových drážek:
Začátek a konec otvoru je vhodné označit vyvrtaným otvorem o průměru 9,2 mm.
Kryt drážky pak lze jednoduše vypáčit pomocí šroubováku.
Okraje otvoru je vhodné odjehlit.
Otvor umožňuje vkládání matic pro T-drážku a dalších upevňovacích prvků do drážky profilu.
Pro odstranění krytu drážky o libovolné délce se použije otvírák drážek 8NO (vyjde se z čelní strany profilu nebo z dostatečně velkého počátečního otvoru). Pokud se otevření neprovádí až na konec profilu, musí se konec otevření zakončit vyvrtaným otvorem ⌀ 9,2 mm.
