Popis

Pomocí automatických čelních spojů se mohou spolu čelně spojit dva profily stejné konstrukční řady bez předchozího opracování. Automatické čelní spoje by se měly používat zásadně v párech. Podle velikosti profilu a zatížení se volí počet párů.

Montážní pokyny

Tělo spoje se čelně zašroubuje do drážky profilu, přičemž se zároveň nařeže závit. Proto doporučujeme použít nějaké mazivo.
Upozornění: Všechna těla spoje s průchozím otvorem pro upínací šrouby jsou na povrchu opatřena levým závitem, aby se předešlo pootočení těla při dotahování šroubu. Těla spoje s vnitřním závitem mají na povrchu pravý závit.
Dodatečně lze provést zajištění před pootočením tím, že se tělo s vnitřním závitem zašroubuje do profilu natolik, že konec těla bude zasahovat do protilehlé drážky. Do přiměřené hloubky se musí zašroubovat tělo spoje s průchozím otvorem.
