item products are based on different modular dimensions and their associated system grooves.Profiles from Lines 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 each need corresponding sizes of fasteners.The profiles in Line X feature a Line 8 system groove but have a particularly flat surface withminimum curve radii that make them ideal for building sealed constructions.

Description

The universal 90°connection – die-cast aluminium Fastener D30 produces a lasting hold with no creep behaviour. It creates a mechanically locked connection with the contour of a Profile Tube D30 or Profile 6 D30.
Up to four Fasteners can be connected to intersection points on a Profile Tube. No special fasteners are required! Fastener D30 consists of two half shells that fit around Tubes and Profile Tubes D30 and use external clamping technology to ensure a secure hold.
Fastener D30 is supplied preassembled, which saves time on assembly operations. The connection is secure as soon as the screw fixing is tightened, meaning one person can build a frame independently.

Stay in alignment: Anti-Torsion Blocks 6 D30 ensure that Profile Tubes D30 and Profiles 6 D30 are always oriented perfectly inside Fasteners D30 that use external clamping technology. This helps make sure accessories end up in the right place. Anti-Torsion Block 6 D30-45° makes it easier to connect diagonal struts at an angle of 45° by positioning the profile flanks perfectly.
