Description

Fixing System, Ceiling Holder Profile X 8 is a load-bearing fixing for ceiling elements. Filter Fan Units, light fittings and inherently stable panel elements are placed into the fixing from above.
The Ceiling Holder Profile interlocks with the Line 8 groove of the ceiling construction.
When building rooms, Fixing System, Ceiling Holder Profile X 8 makes it easier to construct ceilings that satisfy relevant technical standards. Due to the high load carrying capacity, ceiling panels that are made of suitable panel elements for maintenance purposes can be walked on.
Combining Fixing System, Ceiling Holder Profile X 8, with Compound Material HPL 36mm (0.0.716.43) and Fixing System, Angle Strip X 8 Al (0.0.713.10) as the upper closure results in a maximum permissible load-carrying capacity of 2000 N per m2. Technical standard DIN EN 1991 stipulates 1000 N per m2 for ceilings that can be walked on for maintenance purposes.
The load-carrying capacity of 2000 N per m2 is also achieved on walk-on ceilings with a panel size up to 1160 x 1160 mm.

Assembly Instructions

When using Automatic Fasteners in the ceiling construction, the Ceiling Holder Profile needs to be cut away at the corners.
