Description

Sprocket Wheel Set z10 d12 is used in motor fastening sets for conveyor belts with the item indirect drive. The two sprocket wheels transmit torque from the motor via Chain 3/8" 1x44 (0.0.730.94) to the drive pulley for either the flat belt or timing belt of the conveyor.
The durable sprocket wheels have hardened teeth. If wear is identified on one of the sprocket wheels, it is always advisable to use this set to replace both sprocket wheels.

Assembly Instructions

During installation, fit the chain around both sprocket wheels, then insert the sprocket wheels onto the relevant shafts and use the circlips of the motor fastening set for the indirect drive to fix the sprocket wheels in place.
When fastening the motor in place, position it at the top end of the slots. The weight of the drive itself will be sufficient to pretension the chain appropriately.
