Description

Insertion Guide 6 30x30-80 ESD makes it easier to insert Carriage D37-32 ESD (0.0.715.67) into Conveyor Rail Profile 6 30x30-80 (0.0.712.90). The central ridge ensures that Carriages placed down onto it slide onto the inclined rail in the correct orientation and position.
The ESD-safe Insertion Guide is fastened to the end face of the Conveyor Rail Profile using the enclosed self-tapping screw and Automatic Fastener.
The Insertion Guide creates a protruding section that makes it easier to feed Carriages onto the conveyor line. Fastening Bracket 6 30 D30 (0.0.715.27) is used to fasten the Conveyor Rail Profile flush to a profile frame.

Assembly Instructions

Installation sequence for Insertion Guide 6 30x30-80 ESD:
1. Screw the sleeve of the Automatic Fastener into the Line 6 groove on the underside of the Conveyor Rail Profile.
2. Use the self-tapping Hexagon Socket Head Cap Screw to fasten the Insertion Guide to the core bore (ensure the correct washer is used).
3. Screw the Hexagon Socket Head Cap Screw, along with washer, into the sleeve of the Automatic Fastener.
Fastening Bracket 6 30 D30 T1 is fastened to a (Profile) Tube D30 and the groove that runs along the top of Conveyor Rail Profile 6 30x30-80.
Fastening Bracket 6 30 D30 (0.0.715.27), which is flatter, serves as the primary suspension point for the Conveyor Rail Profile and is fitted at the start and end points of the conveyor line.
