item products are based on different modular dimensions and their associated system grooves.Profiles from Lines 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 each need corresponding sizes of fasteners.The profiles in Line X feature a Line 8 system groove but have a particularly flat surface withminimum curve radii that make them ideal for building sealed constructions.

Description

Timing Belt Guide Strip 8 40-80 is a low-friction, 40-mm-wide underlay with a guide lip along one edge. To ensure a Timing Belt T5-80 is fully supported, two of the guide strips need to be used side by side.
The guide strip is ESD-safe to DIN EN 61340 and is pressed into the groove of a Line 8 profile between the intake and outlet sections of the drive and return pulleys.
Two Timing Belt Guide Strips 8 40-80 are needed to guide an 80-mm-wide timing belt. When calculating the length for your timing belt guide strip, please bear in mind the intake/outlet section that is automatically supplied with the drive and return pulleys.
