item products are based on different modular dimensions and their associated system grooves.Profiles from Lines 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 each need corresponding sizes of fasteners.The profiles in Line X feature a Line 8 system groove but have a particularly flat surface withminimum curve radii that make them ideal for building sealed constructions.

Description

Click-Fastening Set 8 produces a friction-based connection between two Profiles 8 that cross at any angle or run in parallel. The gap between the profiles is only 20 mm.
The rotating clamping elements latch into the two profile grooves and do not require any machining. Tightening the screw fixes the angle selected on the fastener. Click-Fastening Set 8 can be repositioned or turned to a new angle after loosening the screw. This makes the fastener ideal for temporary structures and for accessories that need to be easy to position and have a secure hold.

Assembly Instructions

Mount the CLICK-Fastening Set onto the profile groove and lock in position (CLICK!).
Connect the CLICK-Fastening Set with the second profile.
Align the CLICK-Fastening Set and tighten the tensioning screw.
Dismantling: Loosen the tensioning screw, lift the locking strip out of the profile groove and swivel it back.
The CLICK-Fastening Set does not need to be taken apart and is immediately ready for use again.
