Creating customised Linear Units has never been easier! item Timing-Belt Reverse Units provide a reliable basis for linear axes using a timing-belt drive. The models with a D12, D15 or D34 bore are designed to support a backlash-free connection to item Motors and Gearboxes without requiring hub machining.
The expanding hub couplings of Drive Sets ZU and Drive Set 8 D40/D15 can create a friction-based connection between all drive components. Everything fits together seamlessly without the need for machining. The item Automation System offers a wide selection of Gearboxes and servomotors with absolute encoders or resolvers, which helps reduce the complexity of solutions and create dependable Linear Units with a fast timing-belt drive.
The universal Drive Sets from item are used to connect virtually any motor. Their coupling bore can be enlarged to match the drive shaft.
The item Timing-Belt Reverse Units have been optimised for different profile and timing belt widths. The timing belt can be redirected by 90° or 180° inside the casing.
The durable timing pulley, the robust casing and the use of T-Slot Nuts for installation ensure things run smoothly even when under load.
