Description

Fixing System, Cover Profile 8 120 is a stable aluminium panel. It is used as a dust-tight cover on the rear of the item Wall Trunking System, for example.
The Cover Profile clips into two Fixing System, Base Profiles X 8 (0.0.716.23). It fits flush with the profile surface.
Together, two Wall Trunking Profiles form the outer part of the cable conduit. Cables can be run between the profiles and inside the wall. This means it is also possible to install wall trunking on both sides of a wall structure.
When installed in a one-sided configuration, Fixing System, Cover Profile 8 120 is used as a cover panel at the rear. The opening between Wall Trunking Profiles at the front is sealed using Cover Profile 76 Al (0.0.663.40).
Wall Trunking Profiles are available with a rectangular outer contour or a 45° angled outer edge. The angled variant is used for horizontal wall trunking in a cleanroom. The rectangular variant is ideal for vertically installed conduits.
The Cover Profile can also be used as a universal panel between two parallel Line 8 profiles to cover over gaps and cables.
