Description

PVC Strips 200x2 are ideal for creating strip curtains. The 2 mm-thick strips are fastened to a Line 8 groove using PVC Strip Holder 8 PA 1-2 mm (0.0.721.71).
PVC Strips 200x2 are available as cut-offs or as a 50-metre roll that can be cut to size as required.

Strip curtains are the basis for stationary and mobile cleanroom tents. The curtain protects the working area within the tent from contaminants outside it. This modular solution offers a quick and easy-to-assemble alternative to a hardwall cleanroom. Cleanroom tents with strip curtains (also known as softwall cleanrooms) can usually achieve high cleanroom classes (>ISO 6).
Strip curtains can be used to create an easy-to-install partition between production areas. The overlapping PVC strips keep dust and other contaminants out. They also reduce noise and draughts. Staff and transport trolleys can easily pass through the transparent partitions.
As the strips are fastened to a Line 8 groove individually, both single strips and Strip Holders can be replaced without having to take down the entire curtain.

Assembly Instructions

PVC strips can be cut to length with a cutter knife.
